It has always been accepted that the English model of Parliamentary supremacy is merely on hold concerning Europe and could dispense with European legislation anytime it pleases. What Parliament makes, Parliament can undo and aw that. It is like the fella saying that he is in charge..........cos the missus says so. In this case Europe is the fella.
