That piece from the Welsh LDs is rather hyperbolic. What a shame the Welsh Language is at the core of their policy rather than, say, improving people's lives in material, relevant ways.
Yes, it is but also a good example of how unthinking consensus doesnát challenge how cultural policy develops.
