Archbishops speaking Welsh is not a problem whatsoever. Cymraeg is the British tongue. Anglican clergymen have a strong tradition since the Reformation of understanding other tongues asside from English. The classical Greek, Hebrew and Latin for the meanings of the Bible. Celtic, Anglo Saxon, Norse, Norman French is all seen as well as the languages of the mission field.
