Comment Moderation Cock-Up

I decided awhile ago to moderate each comment received here due to the high level of spam and the occasional piece of mindless abuse. Unfortunately, it means sometimes that in my rush to push everything through, I hit "delete" instead of "accept" and hence apologies are due to Andrew G and the two "Anonymouses" whose contributions have drifted off into cyberspace along with a polite invitation from an estate agency to invest in Northern Cyprus.
