"I've come to bury the NHS, not to praise it...."

That should have been Rhodri Morgan's opening line...instead:
Calling NHS pioneers to celebrate 60th anniversary

The Welsh Assembly Government is inviting people who worked for the NHS when it began 60 years ago to attend a celebration at the Senedd.
First Minister Rhodri Morgan and Health Minister Edwina Hart will be hosting a lunchtime reception on Thursday 3 July to mark the inception of the NHS.

Saturday 5 July is the 60th anniversary of the NHS.

The First Minister said:

We are putting out a call for all those who were members of NHS staff at the inception of the service in July 1948 to attend a reception in the Senedd on 3 July, so that we can celebrate with them the foundation of the NHS.

It is a British institution that is the pride of Wales and of Britain and the envy of the world

A "British" institution?
The pride of Britain?
The envy of the world?

Someone should really have a whisper in Mr Morgan's ear, he's embarrassing himself again.

Ah yes, Rhodri Morgan.

The man who gleefully boasts about "making the English jealous" that the Welsh don't pay prescription charges whilst many English people are forced to go without needed prescriptions because they can't afford them - their taxes being sent to Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland instead.
