GLENEAGLES (Reuters) - FIFA president Sepp Blatter has urged the four British associations to select only English players for their joint team at the 2012 London Olympics to avoid "endless problems" in the future.

Well then, it wouldn't be really a "joint" team, would it?
Nor a British one.
The best solution would be to just quietly ignore the whole pointless, meaningless tournament in exactly the same way we usually do.
