At least some Welsh Conservatives remain brave enough to publicly express an opinion counter to the Devocracy's lackeys within their own party:
A ROW broke out yesterday over the use of a Conservative Party logo in a newspaper advertisement advocating a ‘Yes’ vote in Thursday’s referendum.
The advert, on the front page of yesterday’s South Wales Argus, read: “On 3rd March 2011, the people of Wales will have the opportunity to vote on the future of our National Assembly”.
Then, under a caption saying “Vote Yes on March 3rd”, were reproduced the logos of Labour, the Conservatives, the Liberal Democrats, Plaid Cymru and the Green Party. To the right appeared a larger version of the Yes for Wales campaign’s logo.
Conservatives who back a ‘No’ vote were furious, pointing out that their party had decided to remain officially neutral during the referendum campaign while allowing individual members to take part on either side
