Wot? Where's Ireland?

South Sudan is apparently on the road to becoming a sovereign country.

In its honour and in the hope of provoking more than a few arguments, Time Magazine has made a Top 10 list of Aspiring Nations:

•Scotland

•The Basque Country

•Tibet

•South Ossetia

•Kurdistan

•Quebec

•Western Sahara

•The Republic of Cascadia

•Padania

•Second Vermont Republic

Is a "Second Vermont Republic" more likely than a "United" Ireland (or an independent Wales, England or Cornwall for that matter)? Hard one to call...

Strange omission, perhaps Time got unreasonably squeamish about all that organ theft palaver?
