Irish Political Blog nominations.

Thanks for whoever’s responsible for the nomination; good also to see Chekov there…well, Coulter’s latest rampage in the Star has exhorted Unionists to take over the South;)

No mention of A Tangled Web or Balrog? Perhaps playing to the sectarian gallery doesn't get the hits that it used to. And just where did John Coulter get his NUJ card? A raffle?

Well we're both on there O'Neill. But rather like the Setanta Cup final, it might transpire that the Cork venue puts paid to any northern blog's chances!

Horses for course I think JG; his pieces for Tribune are on a slightly higher intellectual plane, perhaps reflecting the different target audiences?

Chekov
Under the proposed Human Rights Bill, I believe we would have the right to have it transferred to a neutral open space...

Johnny - ATW's up for a 'group blog' nomination though. I'm not a regular reader, but some of the stuff on there I find pretty unpleasant (borderline hate-mongering). That's the reason I don't give it a link on my own site.

O'Neill - you now have an 'Ireland' tag. Kensie take note. ;-)

Can I ask if John Coulter is in the same wing of the mental hospital as the leadership of the 32-County Soverignty commitee?

I find it a bit strange him claiming that just because the TDs concerned were Protestant, that made them British spies.

Bonkers!

That is before the argument over whether the UK or ROI is having the worser recession.

I didn't want to do it, obviously other than as a part of a bigger Unionist plot;) In this particular, specific, case when we speak about the island of Ireland and the bloggers operating on said island....then it's probably justified. But only probably;)

Aberdonian,
Coulter used to have some good thinking of the lateral variety, now I seriously think he has well and truly lost it.
