Rev. Graham Blount of the Scottish Churches Parliamentary Office said:
Scotland's churches, and their leaders, are happy to be part of any conversation about Scotland's future - to share our vision for that future, and think together about what constitutional arrangements would help us get there.
Their "vision of the future", going on past form, will be the continuance of schools in Scotland segregated along sectarian lines and increased social repression in such areas as womens' reproductive rights.
And yet again, this inconvenient question arises:
"Exactly where in their guidebook (ie the Bible) does it indicate that "constitutional arrangements" are the business of Christianity?"
"Nowhere", that's the answer, so why don't you get back to your pulpits where you belong and start preaching the Gospel- "constitutional arrangements" belong to the secular state, not your version of God.
