Councils are being advised to "think twice" about spending money on translation which might be better spent on English classes.
I can see what she's getting at, can't really see the need for switching this back into the "indigenous" tongue ....
...although, it looks like a few lessons for "the lads" on the art of grammatically correct graffiti wouldn't go amiss.
