Look like Gordon's postponed that hair-cut and the flowers will have just to stay unwatered- off to Lisbon he goes.
We'll have to take his word for it, though, that he has actually signed the Constitution/Treaty, as he's suddenly had a shyness attack and has apparently asked for some EU minions to hold up a big curtain to hide behind whilst he puts pen to paper....
