Poll Time!

We’re on the long, tediouuus, slooooww run up to Christmas...which means we're also in Poll Time Season!

First up, Iain Dale is asking you to judge, on a scale of 1 to 10, the performance of the UK’s top 100 politicians over the last month. Three particular favourtites of this blog; Rhodri Morgan, Alex Salmond Dr Paisley* can be found at 28, 29 and 30...please go over there and vote and ensure they get their just deserts

And as an extra special treat, you’ll have noticed I’ve also introduced a poll for December, asking you to choose The Biggest Threat to the Union...is it Ian Paisley, Alex Salmond, Gordon Brown, David Cameron or that last entry, which, cut off in its prime, should read "The European Union".

As you can see with a full five votes in, it’s a very exciting contest so far, with Alex Salmond way out in front with 80% of the votes, double that received by Dr Yes.
The more mathmatically astute amongst you may have noticed a slight discrepancy with those percentages, but there is a valid reason.

The threat to the integrity of the UK is multifold, making it very difficult to isolate just one culprit..so if you think an unholy trinity of the European Union, Dave and Big Ian is collectively the biggest danger, go right ahead there and vote for all three of them.

There will be a prize for the winner, not decided what yet, but probably something along the lines of a single ticket to Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Mostar where the lucky person can check for themselves exactly what the destruction of a nation may entail.
