Heritage Minister Rhodri Glyn Thomas explicitly rules out any involvement by the Welsh Assembly Government in a possible joint bid with Scotland for the Euro 2016 football tournament.

First Minister Rhodri Morgan says in a written answer to a backbench AM he would be prepared to discuss the possibility with his Scottish counterpart.
"The Welsh Assembly Government would, of course, be happy to engage with the Football Association of Wales, the Scottish Football Association and the Scottish Government to discuss the feasibility of a bid for the UEFA European Football Championship 2016 or any other subsequent date," he says.
Is that an example of what's commonly known as Joint-up Government?!
