From London to Brussels (via Edinburgh)?

In today’s Times, William Rees-Mogg argues that the implementation of new European Union Constitution/Treaty will transfer some of the powers already devolved to the Scottish parliament, not back to Westminster, but directly across to Brussels.

With this potential loss, the Edinburgh parliament would then be justified in calling a referendum in Scotland on the Treaty/Constitution....which raises all kinds of interesting questions, not least how Brown would deal with the uproar in the rest of the UK, if we were still denied exactly the same right.

Probably as good time, as any, to remind anyone interested of this rally taking place next Saturday, in London.
